Sorientera wants you to be happy with your personal care purchase. If for some reason you are not, we will gladly accept your return within 7 days of purchase at our office site or by mail. Merchandise must be returned in the original package and in sealed condition.

Your return can only be approved based on the following reasons:

1. Damaged Item: If the item you received is with visible damaged, not sealed, torn packaging, Etc.

2. Wrong Item Delivered: If the item you received is an incorrect product. It should be in sealed condition.

3. Item May Not Be Authentic: If you suspect the item you received is counterfeit. We want to make sure you only receive our all authentic products

4. Item Is Not As Advertised: If the Item you received does not match the description we mentioned.
